Apophyllite with Calcite on/with Quartz

A classic, display specimen featuring very sharp, translucent, white/colorless rather lustrous doubly-terminated Apophyllite crystals associated with golden scalenohedral Calcite crystal which are sitting on and associated with drusy Quartz / Chalcedony on matrix. The piece is in good shape overall and the displayability is wonderful. The Apophyllites have a really nice luster. The largest Apophyllite measures 2.4 cm, and the largest Calcite measures 3.4 cm. Indian Zeolites and associated minerals may still be fairly common on the market, but you cannot deny the fact that they are colorful, attractive, highly displayable and several of them are the finest examples of their respective species extant!
