Apophyllite & Stilbite on Drusy Quartz stalactites

Gemmy, water-clear to translucent, sharply terminated, colorless, apophyllites are elegantly scattered with just a couple of stilbite blades on the large drusy quartz, stalactitic matrix. Many of the apophyllites are doubly terminated. The broken base reveals the hollow tubes, where the precipitating quartz solutions flowed. All of the many apophyllites appear to be pristine. Essentially pristine, with only a contact at the top of the tallest stalactite. This is a very sculptural and artistic, two-sided combination piece, that displays beautifully on both sides without aid. Excellent large Jalgaon combination material. MUCH BETTER IN PERSON!!
