A beautiful and dramatic large combination plate from the January, 2014 find. A fantastic, 5.5 cm, super-glassy, transparent to translucent, color-zoned, tetragonal apophyllite crystal is the stunning focal piece of this very fine piece. The crystal is beautifully complimented by the smaller apophyllites, pearlescent tan stilbite blades and a plethora of small, tinted-green, laumontite blades. This expertly prepared piece has only one broken stilbite blade. A colorful and excellent combination piece from the find.
