Apophyllite on Prehnite (classic locale)

Item Description

Zeolite specimens, especially apophyllite, are world famous from this noted Virginia locale. Glassy, transparent to translucent, tabular apophyllite crystals to 1.1 cm are richly and aestheticaly scattered on the matrix of very complimentary, translucent, mint-green prehnite. These are American classics and are really not that common in this combination quality.
