A very large for the well-known Italian locality tabular apophyllite crystal is jauntily set on a matrix plate covered with blocky chabazite rhombs. The 3.0 cm glassy crystal has great sharp form, has a pleasing yellow tint and is water-clear and pristine. Very fine combination material for this locale. Ex Robert Whitmore Collection. RARE
