A good represenative non-Indian Apophyllite specimen. Virginia has long been one of the best sources of Apophyllite in the United States, and I would make the argument that the finest pieces from Virginia are among the finest in the world. This specimen hosts several, sharp, semi-lustrous, white/colorless, blocky tetragonal crystals of Apophyllite on minor pale green Prehnite on matrix.
