Item Description
Appealing three mineral combination specimen showcasing three sharp, grayish white Apatite crystals, up to 1.8 cm, sitting atop a mix of hexagonal books of silvery Muscovite and blocky white Albite Feldspar. There is also some minor clear Quartz present. The Apatite crystal is highly fluorescent showing a strong yellow color under longwave and shortwave UV light. The piece is in excellent condition with only some periphery edge contacting mainly in the back. The association of the well defined Muscovite books and the sharp angularity of the Albite crystals combines to make an interesting geometric display. Ex. Kurt Hefendehl collection.
