A pretty lavender, 1.1 cm, glassy, doubly terminated, apatite is the focal point of this excellent and aesthetic combination miniature from the famous Pederniera Mine. The apatite lies on the albite matrix covered with sparkly, pink, bladed to microcrystalline tourmaline and gemmy, violet lepidolite crystals. Apatite is uncommon from this renowned locale. The back and base have been sawed to enhance the display quality of this fine combo. Ex Chris Korpi Collection.
