Item Description
A lovely rough and cut set of beautiful pink Apatite from Pakistan. The area around Nagar has been well known for a couple decades as a producer of fine quality pink Apatite crystals, but clean gem material is almost impossible to find. The specimen in this set features a sharp, rather lustrous, well-formed, prismatic hexagonal crystal with silvery-beige Muscovite to create an attractive thumbnail specimen. The matching gemstone is a hard to find "Trillion" pink gem with a slight misty / silky appearance. It's a good sized gem for Pakistan, and you really don't see good gem quality pink Apatites like this from virtually any locality.
