Apatite (neon color)

Here we have a fantastic little "sparkler" Apatite gem with an intense color. This particular style of neon blue Apatite is really only found in two places in the world. The Bahia area of Brazil produces a small amount of these beautiful gems, but the Madagascar material is probably best known for this intense color. There were a lot of these gems on the market around 30 years ago, but they are seldom seen these days. This particular stone has a vivid neon blue color, and is very very very slightly included with a "Round" cut.
