Anthoinite ps. Scheelite (Extremely Rare)

Item Description

Anthoinite is a very rare anhydrous tungstate and this very rare and weird looking combination is from an obscure Rwanda locale, an unusual Al-rich phosphate pegmatite. It is rare from any world-wide locale. We have never had another for sale. The habit of Scheelite still can be observed, this is one of the most uncommon pseudomorph minerals that I have ever seen. Ex: J. Heverova, to Bill and Anne Cook, to Jingnan (Tom) Zhang Collections (obtained as a summer intern for Arkenstone during Covid years when he helped unpack the collection, and now sold to finance going to college).
