Item Description
A nice example of the famous, classic Annabergite specimens from Lavrion, Greece. This small cabinet sized piece hosts beautiful, electric green color, radial sprays of Annabergite measuring a few mm across, composed of thin, monoclinic blades, sitting on matrix. The Annabergite crystals are best seen with magnification, and look beautiful up close. For reference, Annabergite is the nickel analogue of Erythrite, and the nickel content is what gives the species that vivid green color.
