Anglesite w/ Galena

Supremely glassy, translucent, colorless, tapered anglesite prisms are densely clustered on this excellent, 3-dimensional small cabinet from fabled Tsumeb. The crystals reach 2.5 cm and are richly coated by corroded metallic galena, the mineral from which the anglesites were derived. The piece is nearly solid hefty anglesite. Complete all-around, the interior is pristine. The attachment at the base and at both ends are out-of-sight in the multiple fine display views. Anglesites of this size, richness and quality are not that common from Tsumeb. Valued at $1200.
