Glassy, lustrous, anglesite blades fill the vug in scuptural matrix on this showy and excellent old-timer from a classic locality - the Monteponi Mine in Sardinia. The largest crystal is 3.0 cm! Some of the anglesite blades have unique, color-zoned inclusions of goethite. Facinating! Highly representative and unusual material from this historic mine. Ex Rolf Wein and Bob Byers Collections.
