The classic, beautiful and sought after yellow Anglesite crystals from Touissit, Morocco are arguably the most impressive examples of the species extant. The impressive size, supreme color and wonderful gemminess of these Anglesites makes them some of the most recognizable examples from any world locality. This small cabinet sized specimen features a lustrous, gemmy, attractive yellow colored crystal of Anglesite measuring 2.7 cm, sitting on matrix. There is some roughness that I can see, but overall the piece is in decent shape. This is old classic material from the 1970s-1980s era, when some of the best pieces were coming out of Touissit. Certainly, not recent. You don't see these on the market anymore, and they have become highly desirable classics in the years since they were found.
