For all your Garnet collectors out there, we have a hard to find display specimen of the beautiful golden Topazolites from the well known, but limited Yellow Cat Mine. The crystals are predominantly dodechedral in habit with some minor but eye-catching trapezohedral modifications. Additionally the crystals are a beautiful golden color with sharp, very lustrous faces. Contrasting blue-green Clinochlore makes for a great color scheme, and really makes the Topazolites stand out. The largest crystal measures 3 mm across. If you collect California minerals, or Garnets in general, be sure to pick this one up.
