An attractive and RARE large matrix specimen of these beautiful demantoid garnet specimens featuring a very well-placed 1.5 cm crystal. The lustrous dodecahedran is gemmy to translucent with beautiful emerald-green to deep green areas. The intensity of the gemmy emerald-green portions of the crystal is quite eye-catching, and nearly unique for this locality. Very choice matrix material from this obscure locale.
