Item Description

Demantoid garnets, the green variety of andradite, are rare from the famous deposits at Piedra Parada. Gemmy, lustrous, yellow-green dodecahedrons, to 1.0 cm, richly cover the matrix composed solidly of demantoid crystal sections. Very uncommon in this richness.
