Andradite garnet specimens are rare from the famous mines at Naica. This showy and excellent combination piece is covered with sharp, lustrous, honey-brown, dodecahedrons and strikingly accented with glassy quartz points. The contrast adds pizzazz to this fine piece. The matrix is solid andradite! There are more quartz points and a few sphalerite crystals on the back. Choice combination material from the Bob Trimingham Collection.
