Item Description

An aesthetic specimen of clusters of intergrown, gemmy, apple-green andradite garnets nicely set on quartz crystal matrix accented with yellow-green platy muscovite. The largest is about 7 mm, and all have good to excellent luster. The shape of the clusters, allowing each of the demantoids their indiviuality but still grouped together, as well as the white matrix they are nestled in, creates a very attractive piece. Ex Charlie Key dealer stock. They were found in the 1990s. Valued $500-750.
