Andradite garnet

Item Description

A cluster of intergrown garnet crystals, reaching to 2.5 cm across, glow with a splendent luster. The crystals appear black but have gemmy, orange highlights when lit well. Some damage is present, but the display face is I ngood shape overall and is so impressive, its worth looking at despite some edge wear at the edges. It is about the brightest garnet luster I have seen. They glisten with intense almost-metallic luster!
