Item Description

A classic example of the well known dodecahedral Andradite specimens from Mali. Typically, these crystals are found as single "floaters", but this is a nice small miniature sized gropu. The main crystal measures 2.6 cm and has sharp faces, and the typical rich chocolate brown exterior color. A very attractive Garnet crystal for any collector, despite some roughness here and there. This material has not been seen on the market recently, and I believe that the majority of it is now gone.
