Item Description
This large crystal of andalusite has good form and a pleasing orangey-brown color with minor translucence. It is extremely unusual in its robust form and completeness, the best of this late-90s find that I can recall. VERY LARGE crystal for the species, to have such sharp form. It looks like a carved column! 83 grams. The Zinn label has a $450 price (from sale of the collection back in 2003)
