Item Description
VERY RARE pseudomorph from this obscure carbonatite complex mined for Titanium and phosphates (MINDAT). A crude brown floater crystal of dipyramidal Anatase has pseudomorphed a Xenotime crystal. There are no specimens of any species illustrated in the MINDAT list for the Tapira Complex. Anatase is listed, but not Xenotime. Ex Bob Trimingham Collection No. T-11732.
