A few years ago, there was a find of superb "Alpine-type" quality Brookite and Anatase specimens from the Kharan District of Pakistan. The Anatase specimens found at this locality are some of the finest quality pieces to be found in the modern era of minerals. This particular specimen features a few sharp, lustrous, well formed tetragonal crystals of Anatase on matrix The largest crystal measures 6 mm. This is a fairly good quality Anatase specimen from any locality, and it seems that these specimens have dried up on the market. Ex Herb Obodda dealer stock.
