Item Description
Clusters of glassy, translucent, apple-green anapaite blades with spearpoint terminations are aesthetically scattered on the sculptural small cabinet ironstone m matrix. The clusters reach 8 mm. Anapaite, a phosphate, is found in lacustrine (lake) sediments. This locality is extinct and specimens are hard to obtain today. A fine example with two display views of this rarity from the Rob Sielecki Collection.
