Item Description

A really good looking and eye-catching miniature specimen of Analcime from the famous Poudrette Quarry at Mont Saint-Hilaire, Quebec featuring a sharp, lustrous, well-formed, stark white trapezohedral crystal, free of matrix. A handful of dark greenish-black prismatic crystals of Aegirine can be seen flaring out of the Analcime in a few spots. These are not nearly as common the market as they were years ago, and if you collect zeolites or minerals from MSH, don't miss out on this one, as they are some of the finest examples of Analcime in the world.
