Item Description

Well-formed, pearlescent, analcime crystals to 2.5 cm highlight this showy and excellent, mounded, CABINET, combination specimen from the famed Poudrette Quarry. Prismatic, cream-colored, natrolite crystals to 1.6 cm are festooned on all sides. The blocky, tabular microcline crystals act as the matrix. A really nifty, 1.0 cm, well-placed rhodochrosite rosette on a microcline crystal in the front, numerous aegirine crystals and even platy catapleiite round out the accessories. And there are probably more species. Ex Robert Whitmore Collection. Classic combination material!
