Item Description
Porcelain, snow-white analcime crystals cover the basalt matrix plate on this rich and excellent piece from this classic Colorado locale. The textbook trapezohedrons reach about 1.5 cm. The interior of the plate is pristine. Most of the periphery wear is confined to the back side. This is an exceptional and rich specimen for the locale. Ex Bob Trimingham Collection. Collected by Claude Huber in 1991, according to Bob's label. A MUST for the Colorado or species collector.
