Item Description

A really attractive sliced and polished Ammonite - {species: Cleoniceras (Grycia) besairiei} - from the late early cretaceous period about 100 mya. The fossil has been polished to show the exterior and actually shows slight iridescent flashes of red, green and gold. Very attractive and worthwhile for any collector of the material.
