Item Description
Glassy, translucent, variable purple amethyst points cover this rich and sculptural mounded small cabinet knob from this obscure small Colorado claim. An excellent combination from the mine with more richly hued amethyst crystals. Two veins of banded green fluorite in the sandstone matrix add character. Pristine, except for the periphery wear. A very fine and rare example of this varietal from the Amethyst Queen Claim. Purple fluorite fluorescence. A must for the species or Colorado collector. Valued by the former dealer at $300.
