Item Description
Glassy, rich grape-purple amethyst points fill this complete, striking and sculptural, 2-piece chalcedony-lined vug from Mahodari. Dramatic, contrasting hemispherical fluorite really adds pizzaz to this combination rarity. The fluorites have a thin coating of creamy chalcedony. One quartz point is lightly bruised. The halves fit cleanly together. This is a rare association, and the stark contrast is beautiful and unusual. The complete vug is RARE. Ex. Charlie Key.
