Brazilian Amethyst is some of the most well-known, attractive and frankly abundant material on the planet. This gem has a beautiful briolette style cut, but it's slightly different than your standard briolette, as it's a bit more compressed, and almost has a "slipper"-like shape to it. The stone has a beautiful saturated purple color with superb clarity.
