Item Description

A fantastic group of intergrown Amethyst crystals with superb, very smooth, well-formed faces along with great luster, and rich purple color at the terminiations. The crystals are actually scepters, as you can clearly see from the reverse side of the specimen, and to top it off, they have small inclusions of both bright red and nearly black Hematite and / or Goethite floating near the surfaces of the prism faces. If you collect Quartz, or specifically Amethyst, or just really well-balanced, attractive display specimens, this is a good piece of this material, especially considering how good of shape it's in. The piece actually will sit on its own without the aid of a base or clay. The white spot on the right portion of the piece is not damage, but rather an imperfection under the surface of the crystal faces. Valued at $1200. Enjoy.
