Item Description

Matrix Brandberg amethyst specimens are uncommon, as the basalt matrix is so hard. An adorable cluster of gemmy amethyst crystals is elegantly set in the drusy quartz-lined vug. The two striking frontal crystals are scepters, with the large scepter having nifty skeletal features and a hint of smoky color at the base. The tip of the large scepter is lightly bruised and a small broken side car is noted at the base. These are certainly only modest detractions to this very aesthetic and fine rarity from the Charlie Key Collection.
