Amethyst scepter (Charlie Key)

An excellent amethyst scepter from recent finds in the Brandberg. This glassy, doubly terminated crystal sits on a stalk of milky quartz with matrix. The crystal is transparent to translucent, with water-clear to lightly frosted termination faces. The skeletal features lend interest to the luscious grape-purple interior clouds. Every turn of this sharp, pseudohexagonal crystal presents an entirely different perspective of the exterior and interior of this fine crystal. Complete all-around and essentialy pristine, with only miniscule bruising by a small contact. This is an excellent example of sceptered Brandberg amethyst for the size. Ex Charlie Key dealer stock.
