Excellent, sharp and beautiful Amethyst Scepter from the renowned Brandberg Distict in Namibia. The rich deep purple of this crystal is enhanced by the gemmy clear zones, as well as hints of Smoky, within it. The luster is superb, and the sceptered habit is dramatic. There is minor edgwear in just a few places, but it has no effect on the outstanding aesthetics. The termination of this gemmy Amethyst is partially skeletal, which adds even more to the beauty and interest of this piece.
