Amethyst ps. After Calcite twin (rare)

A fabulous, possibly unique amethyst pseudomorph from Jalgaon. A stunning, 5.3 x 3.8 x 2.5 cm, calcite twin has been pseudomorphed by sparkly, light lavender drusy amethyst points. The pseudo is dramatically set on the chalcedony crust also coated with drusy amethyst. Oxide tinting partially obscures the purple color on the front of the pseudo and the matrix, but the pretty lavender color shines forth on the back of the pseudo. A superb and pristine pseudomorph rarity from Jalgaon! Valued at $1250-1500 for unique rarity.
