Item Description
A lovely pair of Amethyst gems from Brazil. I think it's safe to say that Brazil has been the world-leader in Amethyst production for decades, from specimens to gems, there are few countries that can compete with Brazil in terms of the volume of fine quality material that has come out. This set (not a perfectly matched pair) has good medium purple color with superb eye-clean clarity and "Oval Brilliant" cuts. Probably too big for earrings, unless you really like big stones in your earrings, but they could easily be set into a ring/pendant combo if you like.
