Item Description
Choice, flowerlike cluster of gemmy Amethyst from Jackson's Crossroads, which has become one of the finest Amethyst localities in the world. The crystals here have superb luster, moderate color, with the largest crystal being about 2.1 cm in length. The JC Amethyst is highly desirable when on matrix - they are notoriously hard to mine, and not very common at all to get them on Quartz. A terrific small cabinet. The pics alone tell most of the story.
