Item Description

What a wonderfully sculptural and aesthetic association specimen of soft lilac Amethyst sitting on a robut mound of blue and green Fluorites. The Amethyst crystals are more "Amethystine", and the bases of the crystals are actually milky white, but there's a purple color to be seen for sure. This piece unfortunately was not easy to photograph, but truly looks better in person. I love the fact that it displays so well on its own and truly looks good from a few angles. It's a bit hefty, so PLEASE NOTE that there will be an additional shipping charge. The piece comes with a John Betts label stating it was part of the collection of Gene Sensel, and an additional label from Scott Williams stating it was part of the Corely Collection (1958). Valued at $950.
