Amethyst (Kenya)

Item Description

A remote region of Kenya has recently produced some stunning large amethyst specimens, as singles and very large clusters. This impressive cluster has glassy, sharply terminated crystals with very pretty, blush grape-purple interiors. The terminations are in excellent shape, with only trivial edge wear (a few minor dings). Contacting is noted on the sides, where it grew against other crystals. Periphery wear on the back is out of sight. New and showy material.
