A beautiful, very aesthetic, amethyst "flower" from recent finds at Irai, Brazil. The amethyst "petals" are glassy and lustrous, with blush-purple cores and near-colorless tips. In fact, many of the tips are sceptered! Amazingly, this striking piece appears to be essentially pristine, front and back. These are some of the most beautiful and aesthetic natural objects around.
