The sharply terminated crystals, to 8.4 cm, have beautiful rich grape-purple interiors with satin luster, stepped-growth faces. The striking purple phantoms below the typical water-clear, colorless tips add remarkable pizzazz to this exceptional large example with only a bit of basal periphery wear at the attachment.
