Calcite is VERY RARE from the famous finds at Piedra Parada (Las Vigas). Three striking gemmy and lustrous amethsyt crystals are dramatically set on the mounded matrix covered with spherical clusters of glassy, lustrous calcite rhombs. The amethyst crystals have gorgeous, water-clear terminations with beautiful blush-purple color accented with striking stepped-growth prism faces. The impressive large crystal is 5.4 cm and is doubly terminated. All three crystals are pristine. An exceptional and RARE combination from Las Vigas with multiple display views.
