Amethyst and Smoky Quartz (scepter)

An outstanding quality, highly aesthetic, complete scepter crystal of beautiful purple Amethyst along with Smoky and colorless Quartz from the well-known Goboboseb Mountains, near Brandberg, Namibia. The internal gemmy purple color of the crystal, along with the noticeable and striking "wispy" phantom-esque formations inside the head of the scepter make it a very distinctive and showy piece of this now world famous material. I have searched the entire piece over, and cannot find any major damage, just a tiny "flea bite" near the point of the termination (almost too small to see without a loupe), so it is almost as perfect as it can be. The piece is notable to me as the crystal does not show any skeletal faces as is often the case with this material. Priced at $4,500 in the inventory.
