This is a superb quality, doubly-terminated crystal of beautiful purple Amethyst and Smoky white Quartz from the well-known Goboboseb Mountains, near Brandberg, Namibia. The combination of the royal purple color of the specimen, which transitions into the alluring smoky and white hues, is incredibly eye-catching. In addition to the beautiful colors, the crystal is VERY gemmy, virtually WATER CLEAR in areas, which is amplified by the surface luster on every side of the specimen. I love the combination of crystal habits on the piece, as it features defined scepter growth along with striking "window" or "fenster" habit faces. The piece is in very good condition all around, with only a small point of contact on the lower portion. The piece comes with a custom made acrylic base that allow it to display beautifully in your case.
