An impressive, aesthetic, sculptural, CABINET, plate studded with glassy, water-clear, quartz crystals and dramatically highlighted by beautiful amethyst crystal clusters from the famous deposits at Piedra Parada (formerly Las Vigas), Mexico. The reclining T amethyst crystals are striking. The gemmy, highly lustrous amethyst crystals have very pleasing purple color and reach 4.5 cm. The knobs of radiating quartz crystals sprays are a super accent. The crystals rest on a matrix covered with sparkly microcrystalline epidote. Essentially pristine, with only a very trivial periphery wear. Valued at $1000-1250 for size and excellent quality. Found in 2008
