Amethyst and Citrine scepter included with Hematite / Goethite

Item Description

A wonderful display specimen featuring a two-toned scepter Quartz group featuring Amethyst with excellent color ranging from a deep royal purple to a lilac shade with a slight amount of smoky hues and unique doubly-terminated crystal growth sitting on a light golden color crystal of Citrine. The Amethyst is included with golden-brown "needles" of micro Goethite and metallic silvery "discs" of Hematite. I have photographed the iron oxide inclusions under the microscope to better illustrate the quality. I don't often see pieces quite like this from Rio Grande do Sul, and if you're a Quartz collector, be sure to pick this one up.
