Item Description

Some of the most well-known Amethyst specimens in the modern era of mineral collecting are those from Jacksons Crossroads. This piece features a few very sharp, well-formed, highly lustrous, gemmy, rich purple color prismatic hexagonal crystals measuring up to 2.7 cm intergrown without matrix. The terminations have a beautiful saturated purple color and transition into a nearly white / colorless Quartz at the base. Very good shape as all of the terminations are intact an undamaged, but there are some separation marks along the edges of the crystals were they were separated in the pocket.
